What level dancer do I have to be to take Private Lessons?
It doesn't matter in the slightest what level dancer you are! And that's the good thing about Private Lessons - they
are tailored to suit YOUR individual needs... so whether you are a Beginner, an Intermediate or even a more Advanced
level dancer, private lessons are the best way to fast-track your learning and get benefits that only "one-on-one
" attention can provide.
But what sort of things would I work on?
Your Instructor will take you for an hour long focus session, challenging you but still allowing you to learn at your own pace. Use this time to work on things that YOU want to improve and achieve... after all, it is YOUR lesson. From simple things such as correcting bad habits, improving posture, timing and musicality, basics, fundmentals, to turn patterns and cool moves! You can learn more about the subtleties of leading and following techniques, learn how to spin, style... even do choregraphy lessons for performances or competitions! Your lesson, your choice...
What are "Choreography" Lessons?
Choreography Lessons are for those that want to take their dancing to a different level - whether that be on the Performance stage, or perhaps even the Competition scene! You could just want to do a private show for some friends and family, or work towards joining one of the spectacular Salsa Connection Performance Teams! On the other hand, you may decide to release your competitve nature and work on Competition routines! Either way - we can help you look and perform your best!
Can I use my lessons for more than just Salsa?
Of course! It's YOUR lesson - so use it! Your Instructor can help you use your Private Lesson as a great way to get yourself started in a new dance style!

What are Private Lessons worth?
Well, what they are worth and what they cost are two different things. Remember - you'll be in the safe hands of Adelaide's best Instructors and dancers in Salsa and street Latin dance and have been trained by some of the best dancers from around Australia and the world. Your Instructors have travelled & performed far & wide to gain knowledge and skills to help you become the best dancer you can be.
So when you consider the benefits you'll gain from these lessons as a dancer, they are invaluable... cost wise they are surprisingly inexpensive...
This is one dance Studio where you definitely get what you pay for.
Private Lessons with Kevin or Chelsea are only $80 per hour.
Private Lessons with Kevin AND Chelsea are only $120 per hour.
Private Lessons with one Senior Instructor are only $60 per hour.
Discounts apply for bookings of just 5 Lessons or more.
Please note: Private Lessons are for up to 2 Students maximum.
